Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hydro Pulse purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return, in line with your rights under EU consumer law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
EU Cooling-Off Right
As an EU consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day period expires.
